Owlett Visits the Fairs

This summer the 68th District has been busy with local County Fairs.  Clint spent quite a bit of time visiting with and working beside many members of our community at the Troy Fair as well as the Tioga County Fair.

Despite the rain events, Clint was pleased to see the community rally around the events and turn out for some good food and local entertainment.

While Clint worked with the Bradford County Dairy Promotion Booth and Emilee Cole, the Bradford County Dairy Princess, our Secretary of Agriculture, Russ Reading paid the Troy Fair a visit.

If you attended the open cow show at the Tioga County Fair, you would have also seen Clint showing a cow!  He particularly enjoyed spending time with some of the hardest working members of our district, the dairy farmers!

68th District Vote Counts!

Many ask the question “what will my vote actually do?” when it comes time for the General Election on November 6th.  In this election, your vote transcends past local politics and into a very big decision at national level.

A handful of senators will likely determine the fate of President Trump’s next Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, and they’re already in the hot seat as advocacy groups on the right and left prepare for a pitched confirmation battle.  Your vote, determining who is our next Pennsylvania Senator, will make a difference in this decision.

President Trump named Kavanaugh to replace retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy and the confirmation vote will be close because Republicans hold a narrow 51-to-49 margin in the Senate.

Please consider your vote for Lou Barletta this fall.  To find out more information about him and his campaign visit http://www.loubarletta.com.
